	The York neighborhood was built primarily between 1890 and 1910, although some of the homes were built as late as 1970. York was the first middle class neighborhood in Bellingham and many of the homes retain that classic craftsman charm. To search for homes in the York neighborhood click here.
There are two parks located in the area, Rock Hill Park and Franklin Park, both great place to relax on an afternoon and enjoy the neighborhood.
