Sunnyland is a very diverse neighborhood ranging from quaint single-family homes to commercial developments, hardware stores and fast food.
Residential areas are situated on the north and west ends of Sunnyland. The north side features lower density housing, while the west side is higher density. Most homes throughout the neighborhood are single family, two-story homes. The southern end of the neighborhood contains many area restaurants and businesses. Trader Joes is easily accessed from all areas of Sunnyland, making daily shopping a breeze.
