The Silver Beach Neighborhood wraps around the Northern end of Lake Whatcom providing great views and some entertaining recreational opportunities for its residents. The north end of the neighborhood is home to many large upscale homes located on the shores of Lake Whatcom, while the south end contains smaller homes on nice wooded city lots.
Bloedel-Donovan Park is located in the Silver Beach Neighborhood with a public swimming area, boat launch and park. During the summer months this area is a bustle of activity. Also located here is the Big Rock Garden Park.
