One of Bellinghams most diverse neighborhoods is the Happy Valley Neighborhood. Home to many college aged students attending Western Washington University, senior residence in many of its elderly homes, as well as families and bachelors.
The neighborhood is very densely populated with many smaller homes on small city lots, and well as several duplexes and apartment complexes.
