This Bellingham neighborhood boasts the most room for expansion. The neighborhood is growing largely to the North where many retail chains have opened up shop such as Costco, Wal Mart, and Best Buy.
The residential areas in this neighborhood have undergone significant development as additional condominium and apartment complexes were built on the west and east sides of Meridian Street. Newer single family homes are also being built on the northern edge of the neighborhood along Meadowbrook and Bedford Ave.
